Greg Friese, Plover, Wisconsin, is the founder and president of Emergency Preparedness Systems LLC. He founded EPS to deliver innovative and efficient emergency preparedness solutions. Greg is a paramedic, EMS instructor, search dog handler, and a Wilderness Medical Associates Lead Instructor.
Rocco Altobelli is a trainer and firefighter with Big Sky Fire and Rescue, a SAR/helicopter rescue team leader and a professional ski patroller. Rocco has owned a rafting company, created avalanche risk assessments for ski areas in the San Juan and Cascade Mountains, and trained an avalanche rescue dog. Rocco is owner of the Alpine Institute and a Wilderness Medical Associates lead instructor. For EPS, Rocco teaches wilderness medical courses, creates EMS training programs, and prepares emergency exercises for ski areas.
Tim Pflieger, Sturgeon Bay, WI, is a training officer, EMT-B, and rope rescue technician. He is the founder and president of the Team Leadership Center. Tim is a nationally recognized business leadership speaker and consultant, but his real passion is innovative, hands-on training experiences for emergency responders. For EPS, Tim designs and delivers Rescue Team Dynamics workshops.
Ann Dunphy, Eagle River, WI, is an EMT-Intermediate, Wisconsin technical college EMS instructor and Wilderness Medical Associates lead instructor. Ann is an EMS dynamo. She teaches year round, in the waist deep snow of northern Wisconsin to the coast of Washington to the mountains of Maine. Ann showcases her EMT talents at the hockey rink, in the emergency department and the ambulance. For EPS, Ann teaches wilderness medical courses and delivers emergency simulations.
Jack Chamberlain is an educator, woodsmen, and computer media expert. Jack is the voice of internet based CE lessons produced by EPS. Jack is “grateful for the medical professionals who carry out what I only have to say."
Dr. Wojo is an Emergency Physician in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. In addition, he is President of Medical Topics Unlimited, LLC, a former EMS medical director, a syndicated newspaper columnist, and a nationally acclaimed speaker and medical legal consultant. Dr. Wojo is a co-author for many EPS CE lessons, including our series on pain assessment, management, and treatment.
Kevin Collopy is a paramedic in Milwaukee WI. He previously worked in New York as a paramedic and EMS training officer while attending college. In addition to preparing for medical school, Kevin is an assistant instructor for Wilderness Medical Associates, and leads canoeing and kayaking trips throughout North America. For EPS, Kevin writes and reviews CE lessons and delivers other emergency responder training programs.
Keith Owsley is a career firefighter/paramedic in Southeast Wisconsin. Keith is certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association as a Certified Athletic Trainer and works part time as the head athletic trainer and strength coach at Prairie School.  Keith is the President of MedEvent, Inc., which provides medical staffing and consulting for sporting and large venue events.  He has experience as an EMS Instructor and is a frequent speaker at regional and national EMS conferences.

Kyle Bates, Buffalo, New York, is a flight paramedic, educator, photographer, and graphic artist. See his graphic design portfolio at www.kyledavidbates.com. He has worked throughout the northeast as a paramedic/educator. He has also been a medical photographer/artist at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Georgetown University. If not in the air, designing curricula, teaching in the classroom or at conferences, or producing images for EPS, Kyle can be found ‘between the pipes’ playing hockey.

Martha Bonnie is a writer and educator living in Pueblo, Colorado. Martha has worked in many settings as a classroom and outdoor educator. For EPS Martha develops, writes and edits continuing education lessons for emergency response personnel. In addition, Martha is involved in researching and writing for other EPS projects.
Joe Redding, Stevens Pint, Wisconsin is a board certified critical care and emergency nurse. He currently works as a critical care transport nurse. Joe has previously worked in intensive care and emergency department nursing. Joe is a long time emergency educator and routinely teaches BLS, ACLS, and PALS courses. He also delivers continuing education courses for nurses and emergency service personnel.
